DAS Submission Form

Important Note: ABC SoCal’s DAS form submission process involves two steps. The first step is to upload your DAS 140 and DAS 142 forms to our portal provided below. The second step requires you to complete the ABC SoCal Apprentice Request Form and email it to our dispatcher at [email protected]. Once both steps are completed, our dispatcher will contact you and connect you with one of our apprentices.
