APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM:

- We meet the need of the “Skilled and Trained Workforce” requirements.
CRAFT TRAINING PROGRAM (CTP):
Our craft training program is to advance and grow your workforce team. We also offer the Electrician certification Trainee Program, known as ECTP, where your ET’s must be enrolled in a state-approved school and registered with the State as a Trainee to work out on the field.
- Open enrollment is all year long!
- It is open to Members & Non-Members to apply!
CONTINUING EDUCATION: We offer Journeyman Upgrades, Management, Education and Safety Training classes that are open for ANYONE to sign up for! Choose from a wide variety of classes, seminars and webinars offered throughout the year at one of our training center locations or online!
- We are approved by the State of California to be a provider of continuing education for the 32- hour electrician certification renewal.
- ABC SoCal Alumni gets member price discounts!
- ABC SoCal Members ONLY who train apprentices, can get free seats in certain classes, as long as you meet certain requirements.
CURRICULUM:
ABC SoCal is an Accredited Sponsor for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). The NCCER Currciulmn is used for Plumbing, Sheet Metal and Low Voltage (EST). NCCER website is www.nccer.org.
