Continuing Education Catalog
ABC SoCal- Continuing Education Class Registration, Payments and Cancellations
To register for Continuing Education courses, please go to www.absocal.org, click on Continuing Education drop-drown menu and click on course catalog.
ABC SoCal offers three types of Continuing Education courses:
In-House Courses: Held at our Anaheim, San Fernando and Riverside locations.
Virtual Courses: A Zoom link will be emailed a day before the course starts.
Self-Paced Courses: Online courses that you are able to take at your own pace.
Once you have selected the Continuing Education course of your choosing, please select the correct ticket price that applies to you:
Member/ABC Student: For approved ABC SoCal Members, currently enrolled students, and alumni.
SE (Journeyperson Only): SE Contractors who pay Journeyperson Training Contributions to the Trust.
Non-ABC SoCal Member: Contractors not affiliated with ABC SoCal.
ABC SoCal Employee: Current lab techs, instructors, or office staff.
***Registration will be completed once the correct ticket has been selected and/or payment has been processed***
By registering for Continuing Education courses, you agree to the policies below:
No-Show Policy for SE Journeypersons: If an SE-eligible registrant does not attend and fails to cancel at least three (3) business days in advance, the employer/member will be invoiced the full course cost.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration, you must email [email protected] at least three (3) business days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued if a cancellation request is received via email at least three (3) business days before the course begins.

Low Enrollment Policy: ABC SoCal reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course with insufficient enrollment. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling will be sent via email no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date to both the registrant and their listed contact.
Non-Transferable Registration & No Makeup Policy: Registrations are non-transferable to other courses once confirmed. ABC SoCal does not offer make-up sessions for missed classes, regardless of the reason. Please ensure your availability before registering.
Certificate of Completion Policy: To receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must attend all scheduled class sessions in full. Partial attendance, arriving late, or leaving early will result in ineligibility for a certificate, regardless of the reason.
