This site is intended for informational purposes only and serves as a guideline for determining wage rates. It is the responsibility of the contractor, not ABC SoCal, to ensure that each apprentice is compensated according to the applicable laws and regulations.
To determine the appropriate wage rate and benefit package for the project, the contractor should review all pertinent documents and resources such as The Department of Industrial Relations Prevailing Wage, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the Federal Wages. Please note that pay periods and/or levels may differ by county and/or project. In addition, footnotes, holiday, scope, travel, pre-determined increases, can/will affect the wage rate. To further assist we recommend reading the “Notice of Understanding” webpage under our Labor Compliance tab and to register for State and Federal notifications on agencies websites to remain informed.

  • Refer to applicable DIR prevailing wage determination based on Bid advertisement date and county of project.
  • Locate County work is being performed in/ Duration or OJT Hours
  • Look-up Labor Classification performing

 

  • Private wages are based on current DIR prevailing wages and fringe package at the time the work is performed.
  • Locate County work is being performed in/OJT Hours
  • Look-up Labor Classification performing
  • Percentage is applied to the Davis Bacon Base Journeyman wage and fringe package for each contract.
  • Locate County work is being performed in/ OJT Hours
  • Look-up Labor Classification performing
